Job Summary

Job Summary

The Associate Engineer is responsible for researching and writing technical documents such as Equipment Design Specifications, Equipment Operating Procedures, Lock Out Tag Out Procedures, Preventive Maintenance Procedures, Health and Safety Procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 and AS9100; interacting with other departments and ancillary facilities; provide assistance in training and training documentations. The Sr. Scientist Under limited supervision accelerates and innovates silicone based drug delivery by conducting research, analysis, synthesis, and experimentation by mixing and testing of silicone materials. Special focus on use of non destructive drug testing methods such as Ramen spectroscopy.
• Design and implement R&D DOE research programs to optimize silicone based drug delivery.
• Lead R&D projects, to achieve customer objectives, and communicate project status through technical reports and presentations.

• Working knowledge of functions within a typical business supply chain (e.g., shipping, receiving, order procurement / purchasing, scheduling and execution) required.
• Excellent oral and written skills.
