Description

  • One-part, platinum-catalyzed, siloxane elastomer dispersed in xylene 
  • Heat-cures to form strong, thin, elastomeric films
  • Excellent physical properties 
  • Usable life can be extended with refrigeration

Applications

  • Suitable for dip casting and heat-curing of thin elastomeric films 
  • For use as an adhesive for bonding and sealing silicone together
  • Low viscosity makes dispersions ideal for use as sprayable coatings

NuSil Technology’s MED-2214 may be considered for use in human implantation for a period of greater than 29 days.
