NuSil Silicones Featured in Live Demonstration at MD&M Minneapolis Trade Show October 29-30, 2013

One of NuSil's Class VI liquid silicone rubbers will be featured in a live molding demonstration at the MD&M Minneapolis trade show. NuSil Technology is excited to announce that one of its Class VI liquid silicone rubbers, SIL-5960, will be featured in a live molding demonstration at the upcoming MD&M Minneapolis trade show. Throughout the show, SIL-5960 will be processed using BOY Machines’ Liquid Injection Molding machine, KIPE’s mold, and Priamus’ sensor to track data from inside the mold. This collaborative approach to molding liquid silicone rubber can be viewed in action at the BOY Machines booth #1524.

Additionally, showcased in NuSil’s booth #1018 is the newly released medical foam, MED-2310. The product is a two-part, room temperature curing foam that is ideal for use in device applications requiring a low density component. Like SIL-5960, this innovative product exemplifies the company's commitment to serving the needs of the medical field.

Since NuSil’s founding in 1979, the company has continually strived to provide quality products for the healthcare industry. With advanced silicone technology, state-of-the-art facilities, and a global network of technical specialists, NuSil provides the highest quality elastomers, adhesives, gels, fluids, foams, primers, and color master batches for use in medical applications.
